Took my iPhone 6S in to have the cracked screen repaired and a get a new battery. Was quoted $90 for a new screen & $60 for battery + gst. Returned 30mins later and was told the screen wasn’t actually broken, just the perspex screen cover, so I’d only need to pay for the battery. $70 bucks later and my phone is like brand new!A+ tech repairs! Courteous, HONEST, swift and extremely helpful!!! I won’t go anywhere else!

I have had the pleasure of Gurvinder's service over some time now. He is knowledgeable, competent and his service is very well priced . Today he fixed my 15 year olds I phone 6s. It had multiple issues including a broken screen. This was fixed the same day and at a very fair price, including a complimentary screen protector. An honest expert repair provider. I recently brought my Iphone 7 in with a charging port issue. I was told it was possibly just a carbon build up and may just need a clean or if not the port would need replacing. Turns out a clean did the job. Other repairers did not give me this cheaper option opting to just quote me for a replacement. TechRepair went one further informing me of how to avoid the issue in the future, a testament to their honesty and customer service. Thanks to TechRepair for the honest and quick repair. I would highly recommend using their services.

My IPhone XS completely died on me overnight. A phone call to Tech Repair who advised they can replace the battery for me in about 30 minutes. I took the opportunity to get it fixed ASAP. True to their word phone is up and running and don’t hurt my wallet 😁 Have used them a few times over the years for screen replacements as well. I had a great experience with tech repair today. I thought I needed to buy a new iPhone. There was a massive crack in the screen and I couldn’t hear any phone calls through the ear piece. I was given a quote for the screen ( which I accepted) and told they would need to order in the ear piece.I went away for an hour- when I came back the screen was repaired and they advised that the earpiece was now working and there was no need to buy one. That saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you for your honesty and help

Visited technofix which is TechRepair Hamilton at Collingwood st, with a cracked back glass and back camera on an iPhone 12 Pro Max on a Monday about 11am. Was told that could not fix that on site, had to be couriered up to Auckland to fix. (Surely the lockdowns and the flooding in Auckland has taught companies not to rely on Auckland as their only warehousing and employment hub- Hamilton is an ideal warehousing and employment hub - cheaper to live than Auckland, not prone to flooding, tsunami or earthquake like Napier, Tauranga, Wellington or chch and large domestic airport 15 mins drive away) in any case as this company seems to have a good reputation I decided to continue with fix. Couriered, fixed back down by Thursday arvo- $196 incl Gst. Excellent job.looks good. Works.

The screen of my iphone SE 2020 was cracked and I needed to get it replaced. The first phone repair shop I went to said that the damaged was too bad and that they couldn’t do it, they said the price to repair it would be the same as buying a new phone. So I went to tech repair and no hesitation he said he could fix it. For a reasonable price and amount of time he did a great job, would definitely go back, thanks!

Had what I thought was a badly cracked screen on my Samsung phone. Took it to Tech Repair where, within a couple of minutes the very helpful gentleman behind the counter found that it was the screen protector that was cracked & not the screen itself. Within 10 minutes, he had replaced it & I was on my way with what looked like a brand new phone. I would definitely recommend Tech Repair Hamilton for their efficient helpful service. Thanks a lot.

Had a cracked lcd screen on my ipad. Took it on there on friday morning. Was informed that the part would have to be ordered in and it would be fixed as soon as it arrived. The team at Tech Repair were very helpful. I needed a laptop repaired after the screen was damaged. TechRepair provided my partner and I with amazing service! we needed our screen replaced last minute and they helped us and stayed over their closing time to fix this for us and were so kind! when replacing the screen he it was discovered that the speaker in the phone was damaged too so he said he would fix this for us to if we just came back the next day or whenever we were free! we had another issue with the phone later on which we again went back to TechRepair and once again were provided amazing and quick service. Would not go anywhere else for tech repairs!

Amazing service. Highly recommended! My phone had the charger port replaced but the replacement board had a faulty microphone. Raj was amazing and drove to wellington to get a new circuit board and then drove to Dannevirke and repaired it for free! All this on 23rd December which was their last working day.... super grateful to have my phone working for the Xmas holidays. Thanks heaps Tech Repair!

Been here 3 times now and always recommend others aswell,Got my laptop fixed could of been up to $500 as he had said which I would of done but what ever it was he had did ended up costing me $39 which was amazing as he could of said anything and charged anything and I would of been none the wiser,Previous times I had quotes on phone screens and he was the cheapest for mine bu miles as I payed i think 70-80 at the time for screen and lcd together which he said come like that where as another place said 120 for screen and 140 for lcd so he definitely looks after ya , and last work phone screen i had suggested this place to which the company did not and it cost $250 so on driving past with the boss I rang and asked on speaker phone and he heard it being $79 after paying $250 for the same thing ,Read reviews, call around , do your home workChances are you will be calling him!I won’t go nor suggest another place to friendsThanksSee you next time

Vijay is far an away the best repair technician in Tauranga. My partner's iPhone "permenently" disabled itself after its screen broke by clicking the wrong password too any times. EVERY other repair shop said there was NOTHING to do but wipe the phone and reset losing years of priceless photos that were not backed up. Vijay was able to do what no one else could and we will always be grateful. He also repaired the screen exceptionally well and quickly.Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

I found this business and asked if they could assist by setting up my stereo with stations so I could just use the remote. Took the Stereo in next day and within less than two hours I was able to collect it and take it home all done and sorted for me. The cost was minimal. Phoned and asked for a quote to replace charging port after trying to clean charging port myself. Was given a quote over the phone there and then which was near half price of their rival competitor here in TGA (which does not answer there phone). Took the phone in for repair and after returning from 5 min assessment said he has fix it from one connection pin needing cleaning. I’ve been to a few phone stores that I’ve left and my phones either laggy or colour throughout the screen and at Tech repair Tauranga, I’ve left without any problems and my phone is as good as new and also it took about 10minutes to get finished soo happy. Thank you for your service I’ll definitely be coming back to fix my other phone .

I damaged my iPhone with a water spill. No “ Hey Siri “. Stupidly had a go at repairing it myself☹️ after being told by the Apple approved repair facility it would cost $330 to repair an old 6s plus. Took it into Tech Repair Tauranga. Gentleman told me to return in an hour! I went back 2 hours later expecting bad news. Well, all working and total bill less than a quarter of what the Apple shop quoted. Very pleased indeed. Great service. Ps. The gentleman did advise me against further repair attempts🤨.

I recently needed an emergency diagnosis and subsequent repair to my Toshiba laptop. My mother had passed away, I needed to access my email, photos etc etc and my laptop became less than co-operative.The gentleman at Tech Repair was very kind and understanding. This guy is a real professional, I had a problem since 1 year with the charging port until I couldn't charge the phone. I came here and he fixed it in 10 min and it's working as a new phone. You can go, he's friendly and professional.

Highly recommend Tech Repair Tauranga. I had a smashed mobile phone screen and the gentleman I dealt with was awesome. He repaired my phone in a few hours and gave me a very reasonable price. Fully worth getting my screen replaced as opposed to buying a new phone entirely.
